Why owners want a Perro
Less time walking the property. Earlier warning when something changes. A clear record of your land.
Get your time back
Scheduled patrols cover the routes you set, so your team can spend the day on the work that needs people.
See changes early
Each zone is compared with its own history, so unusual changes in soil, water or climate are flagged for review.
Know your land
Every reading is tied to a place and a time, with maps and records you can export.
Stay in control
Watch live through the XiRo TeleOp Headset, take over when you choose, and stop it any time.
What it monitors
Each build is configured to your property.
Patrol routes
Routes built from your map, scheduled walks, and a visitor-day mode that waits when people are near.
Soil, water and climate
Soil pH, water levels, temperature, humidity, light and air quality, logged by zone.
GPS mapping
RTK GNSS positions and LiDAR terrain maps that flag ruts, washouts and blocked routes.
Crop images and wildlife
Row photos logged by date, and camera-based wildlife sightings with alerts. Owners can switch on a sound-and-light deterrent for confirmed wildlife in protected zones. It is never used on livestock, horses or family pets, and Perro never chases. Staff review every flag.
Live view
See what Perro sees through the XiRo TeleOp Headset or the app.
Daily reports
A summary of crops, water, wildlife and open issues, mapped by zone.
Training commands
Sit, down, stand, shake, stay, come, heel, back up and spin, by hand signal or spoken word. Only the owner can give them, moves are slow, and Perro always stops short of you.
Steps, curbs and ditches
Steps over roots, climbs curbs and steps, and crosses small ditches within its tested limits. It checks the landing first and never crosses with people or animals close by.
Hand gestures
Teach Perro your own hand signals through the TeleOp Headset, such as stop or hold. Gestures count only from the owner’s headset session.
Learns your property
Drive a route once with the TeleOp Headset and Perro can repeat it after you approve it. It also learns what is normal in each zone.
Hear Perro
Perro has a voice. Tap play on each sample. Volume is capped, and it stays quiet at night and near guests.
Greeting bark
Says hello when you arrive, and alerts staff to a sighting.
Welcome home
A double bark after you have been away a while.
Happy yip
A quick cheerful cue when it finishes a command.
Needs a hand
A soft whine if it is stuck, low on battery or has a fault.
Content pant
Settled and relaxed while it waits beside you.
Warning growl
An owner-enabled warning for small animals near protected zones.
Pack howl
Perros on the same farm network can howl together, each singing its own part in harmony.
Built to work around people
Safety is part of every build, not an add-on.
Stops near people
Slows and stops when guests or staff are close, then resumes once the path is clear.
No-go zones
Areas you mark on the map stay off-limits.
Emergency stop
A stop on the body and a remote stop in the app.
Owner approval
New tasks need the owner’s approval first.

Questions
Is there a public price?
No. XiRo P.C. is sold privately as a custom order, and pricing is arranged with you directly.
Can it spray or apply chemicals?
No. Spraying and chemical application are not offered and cannot be added to an order.
Does it detect toxins in soil?
The robot does not detect toxins on its own. It can collect labeled samples for an accredited lab and log the results.
What can it learn?
Routes you teach it by driving them, and the usual range of each reading in each zone. A learned route runs only after the owner approves it, and it can never enter a no-go zone. Learning does not change the safety limits.
Can I control it remotely?
Yes. Staff can watch live and take control through the XiRo TeleOp Headset or the app, with the emergency stop always available.
Is it a guard robot?
No. XiRo P.C. is a monitoring and inspection robot. It is not used to confront people or animals.
